Despite progress, gender-based violence and cultural norms can still hinder women’s full engagement in various aspects of society.
Mrs. Amina Ibrahim has beaten all odds as she faces a competitive world of men taking up all available opportunities within the society.
Working in a challenging environment, Mrs. Amina exemplifies resilience as she tackles obstacles on the contractual sector on construction. Her ability to navigate difficulties and ensure the implementation progress of a contract awarded to construct 30 double door latrines in Filtu Woreda under EHF project as well as her timely efforts to complete within the timeframe in a remote setting showcases her determination and leadership.
Mrs. Amina Ibrahim story is a testament to dedication, resilience and community impact women can have in an accommodative society.
